In addition to traditional focus groups & depth interviews, we use a range of innovative approaches such as, journaling, self-filming, accompanied visits, ethnography, observation, online forums, communities and intercepts; enabling people to tell us better stories - ones that are more accurate, representative and less reliant on recall

Quantitative

We are skilled at coordinating large scale projects, both domestic and multi-country and one off and tracking programmes. We use advanced techniques such as trade off and segmentation, to help replicate real life situations and better understand customers
